Chris Rue, FNP-C, brings 21 years of RN experience and 8 years as a nurse practitioner in family medicine. He also owns a primary care practice and has led MOPE Clinic’s hormone optimization practice for six years.

MOPE Clinic grew from Chris’s experience as a longtime TRT patient. After receiving care that did not fully address hormone optimization, he built a clinic around careful listening, appropriate evaluation, frequent follow-up, and individualized treatment.

Treatment decisions consider symptoms, medical history, appropriate lab findings, and personal goals. Chris treats the individual—not a lab value in isolation—and helps patients think about how they want to feel 10, 20, or even 30 years from now.

Before booking, they receive detailed information about the service they are considering, including pricing, the initial visit, and appropriate lab work. The initial visit includes a medical history, comprehensive physical exam, and SECA body-composition evaluation.
