Evaluation may include your health history, symptoms, goals, physical examination, available records, and appropriate testing. Treatment decisions consider the individual—not one lab value in isolation.
Do I have to give myself injections?
Not necessarily. The appropriate medication and administration method depend on the individual treatment plan. If injections are prescribed, the clinic can discuss in-office administration or teach eligible patients how to use medication as directed.
