A simple blood test will tell you what your levels are. We look at those levels and compare them with your symptoms and make a plan to improve them.

Do I have to give myself injections?
No, you don’t. We are happy to set up an appointment for you to come in and get your Hormone. Part of our service is to keep things simple. This means we can also teach you how to give yourself injections if that is what you prefer. Most of our patients self-inject using a subcutaneous method. The majority of our patients love this because it is so easy and well tolerated.

There are many weight loss products we offer. Our most popular weight loss products are Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. You may know them by their commercial names of Ozempic and Mounjaro.

Absolutely! If you are overweight or obese then losing weight will positively affect your estrogen and testosterone levels. Also, getting control of your diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, sleep apnea or high blood pressure can positively affect your estrogen and testosterone levels as well.

What are the side effects of estrogen and testosterone therapy?

Elevated blood count. High estrogen or high testosterone elevated PSA and elevated blood pressure. We will cover how to manage these during the initial visit.

Do I have to be seen in person or virtually?
Yes. You must be seen in person for the initial visit if you are being prescribed a controlled substance.
How long do I have to be on estrogen or testosterone replacement therapy?
Good question. The simple answer is however long you want to be. Naturally, it is optional, and we go into great detail about this during the initial visit. Think about it this way, your body is not producing estrogen like it should for whatever reason and your previous levels will most likely not return to where you want them to be. So, TRT and HRT is a long term and very safe option.
